What we keep, and where.

Who we are
Untopple is run by Mihai Ciureanu in Switzerland, who is responsible for the data described here. Write to hello@untopple.com about anything on this page.
What we keep
- Your account: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account's ID, name, email and picture. We ask Google for nothing else.
- Your organizations and projects: their members, the automations your agent builds, their contracts, code and history, and the connections you add. Connection secrets are stored encrypted.
- Runs: each run's steps, log, result and the files it makes.
- Usage: pages visited and the product's key moments, such as signing up, connecting Claude or a run finishing. These carry IDs and kinds, not the contents of your automations.
- Billing: if you pay, Stripe holds your card. We see the plan, the amount and the last four digits.
What we use it for
To run the service: signing you in, building and running your automations, sending the emails they and we send you, and billing. Usage data tells us where people get stuck. We don't sell your data, show ads or train models on it.
Who else handles it
- Vercel: the website and the console.
- Neon: the database, in AWS Frankfurt.
- Fly.io: the machines your automations run on, in Frankfurt.
- Cloudflare R2: finished runs and their files, in the EU.
- Resend: email.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose it.
- Stripe: payments.
- PostHog: usage analytics, in the EU.
Your automations call the services you connect them to, such as your AI provider, with your own account. What those services keep is between you and them.
How long, and your rights
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete a project and its data goes with it; ask us and we delete your account. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, at hello@untopple.com.
